Industrial Surface Preparation
Surfaces degreased, pressure-washed, and mechanically prepared to the specified standard. All rust, failed coatings, and contamination removed.
Primer Application
The specified anticorrosive primer applied by professional airless spray to full dry film thickness. DFT readings taken throughout.
Intermediate Coat (Where Specified)
High-build epoxy intermediate coat applied between primer and topcoat on C4–C5 environments.
Topcoat Application
Final colour coat applied in a minimum of two passes by professional airless spray.
DFT Verification, Audit & Warranty Sign-Off
DFT readings taken at specified intervals. Full quality audit completed. Manufacturer warranties issued.
