Free Site Survey & Consultation
We visit your property to assess the conservatory type, frame material, condition, and surface contamination levels.
Deep Clean & Degreasing
All surfaces are washed down with soap and water, followed by treatment with Kolorbond WindowPrep to remove all grease, oxidisation, and biological deposits.
Abrading & Keying
All UPVC and aluminium surfaces — including roof bars, ridge bars, hip bars, frames, and guttering — are abraded with Mirka Mirlon red scotch pads.
Full Masking & Protection
All glazing panels, rubber seals, brickwork, and surrounding paving are fully protected using static masking film and professional masking tape.
Dust Coat (Test Coat)
A very light initial dust coat is applied across all surfaces. This critical step reveals any remaining contaminants before proceeding.
Full Coat Application
A minimum of two further full coats are applied using professional HVLP spray equipment, achieving an even, consistent colour across every frame, bar, and profile.
Protective Clear Coat
A UV-resistant protective mist coat is applied over the entire surface for additional durability and finish depth.
De-mask, Inspect & Sign Off
All masking is carefully removed. We carry out a thorough quality inspection with you on completion.
