Free Survey & Assessment
We carry out a full site survey — assessing wall type, substrate condition, existing coating adhesion, biological growth, and cracking.
Biocidal Treatment
A professional fungicidal masonry wash is applied across all elevations and left to dwell, killing all biological growth.
Repairs & Preparation
All loose mortar, crumbling render, and delaminating coatings are raked back and removed. Cracks and damaged areas are repaired.
Priming
The appropriate primer is applied — stabilising primer for chalky surfaces, alkali-resistant for fresh repairs, or Peel Stop for delaminating areas.
Masking & Protection
All windows, doors, fascias, soffits, driveway, paths, and landscaping are fully protected using heavy-duty masking film.
Topcoat Application — Pass 1
The first full coat of the specified masonry topcoat is applied by professional airless spray across the entire elevation.
Topcoat Application — Pass 2
Once the first coat has dried, a second (and sometimes third) full coat is applied to achieve the specified dry film thickness and opacity.
De-mask, Inspect & Handover
All masking is carefully removed. A full quality inspection is completed before handover.
